  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup cow's milk, whole or milk of choice
  • ½ cup water
  • scoops collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
