- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef to skillet and break up beef with a wooden spoon. Turn
pieces of meat every 2 minutes for about 6 minutes. - Add pumpkin. Stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until beef is fully cooked.
- Add spinach and spices of choice, and stir to combine. Cook 1 minute or until spinach is just wilted.
