Strawberry Lime Cheesecake Low Carb Popsicles
These low carb popsicles are a healthy dessert, with just 4g carbs per serving and easy to prepare.

- 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- 2 limes juiced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 15 fl oz canned coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 tbsp stevia powder *optional
- 2 scoops whey protein powder *plain or vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to a blender. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for about 5 hours. Remove from molds and enjoy!
*Note: If using a protein powder that is already sweetened, you may want to omit the stevia. Taste the mixture once blended and adjust sweetness as desired.
